About the Doctor

Dr. John Hodge earned his B.A. in 1989 at the University of Mississippi and obtained his D.M.D. from the same institution a few years later in 1993. In 1995, Dr. Hodge attended the University of Oklahoma, where he received his M.S.

With 10 years of experience, Dr. Hodge is a proud member of the American Association of Orthodontists. As a member of the AAO, Dr. Hodge is recognized as an orthodontic specialist, one who has met the advanced education requirements set forth by the American Dental Association. This includes two or more academic years of full-time formal training in a program sponsored by an institution properly chartered and licensed to operate and offer instruction leading to degrees, diplomas or certificates with recognized educational validity.

Dr. Hodge is also an active member of the following professional organizations:

  • Meridian Area Dental Society

In addition, he volunteers for the Meridian Rotary Club and also coaches soccer. He has a wife and four children and considers himself an active member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
